The Raceday Industries R/K-Series Kart Radiators are engineered from the ground up to deliver elite performance across all levels of karting—from grassroots to world championships. Developed using CFD-driven geometry, wind tunnel validation, and real-world race testing, our radiators are optimized for maximum thermal efficiency, aerodynamic cleanliness, and lightweight durability.

Each unit is built with a 42mm single-pass core, 7mm louvered fin pitch, and custom-extruded tubes. This configuration offers outstanding heat transfer characteristics while minimizing airside and water-side pressure drop—making them ideal for modern high-revving engines, especially in hot ambient conditions.
